COVID-19: THE GREAT RESET BY: Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret 1.2.3. Fiscal and Monetary Policy

They start by encouraging a spending spree from governments. I disagree. It would make more sense to scale back spending in other areas such as blowing up countries that say no to the US government. Also, don't run stupid hearings which are costly to the American public without enough evidence for a conviction or impeachment. I would also argue that organizations such as the Federal Reserve is a huge part of the macro problem. Rather than waiting for a financial crisis to happen, why don't government agencies have a trust set up in case of a terrorist attack or Pandemic? Or have our military here in America to get this, protect us at home. Imagine that. Military in a country they represent. Oh, yeah, China does this which is why they are rarely invaded. With the funds they don't spend on bases abroad they have used in developing their military. They end this section by blaming you and me for needing a way to provide for basic needs. However, at the same time, they clear t...

Poor Man's Chili

1 can of diced tomatoes 1 can of Ro-tel (tomatoes and chilies) 1 can of tomato sauce 2 cans of small mushrooms 1 can of corn 2 cans of beans 1 onion 1 tsp of garlic Salt and pepper I used the seasonings I have which is Goya. I also used Chili powder. I added smoked paprika because we like it. If you don't have don't worry. You can get chili powder cheap at your local Dollar General or Dollar Tree. I used my crockpot but you could through everything in a pot and simmer together. I cooked it on high for four hours. Of course, you can use chili seasoning packs if you choose. https://youtu.be/Um8UHpIOxQ0

A Year Without The Grocery Store

This book is a must-have. If you want to build up food storage that could sustain your family in case of emergency, this book must be in your physical library. Mrs. Morris wrote it after surviving a tornado that displaced her and her family. The storage she had built kept them fed while she and her husband dealt with insurance companies regarding their home repairs.  Mrs. Morris covers the difference between long and short term storage. She also shares the best places to purchases supplies. In chapter two she goes into detail about designing a garden. That got me thinking, what would I grow? Obviously, it would be fruits like strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries since they are favorites with us. Then we have vegetables, which would be bell peppers, peppers like Anaheim, broccoli, and tomatoes. Now we come to herbs. Rosemary, thyme, basil just to name a few. What would you grow given the opportunity? Mrs. Morris goes into details about the type of seeds to use. Persona...

Seeds of a Deed

“Fortunately, the sincere and gifted politician is able, by the instrument of propaganda, to mold and form the will of the people.” Edward Bernays  We are going to look at how involved Trump really was in the events on January 6. In the videos, you will hear his tone of superiority and victimization. Talking about fake polls and voter suppression. They used terms like “cheated”, “stole”, and other terms that are geared to cause outrage and anger. As I watched the third video, all of the verbiages came to a head.  “We are governed, our minds molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of.” Edward Bernays  He continually uses terms that had a preset reaction from the public, mass chaos driven by fear and terror. Terror is a useful tool in getting the public to react the way our invisible government wants so they can come in and save the day. It’s the same old thing; problem reaction, solution. Trump caused a problem, they watche...

Burrito Casserole

1 lb meat or meat replacements 1 lb Rice your family likes 1 small can of Enchilada sauce 1 small can of cheese sauce 4 Tortilla shells Spray the casserole dish you will be using. Cook-off protein as needed or you could use leftover protein. If you have rice your family enjoys, use it instead. The first layer will be the cheese sauce, tortilla, protein, cheese sauce. Then it will be rice, shredded cheese then tortilla, and start over. Bake at 350 (or where your oven functions best) for 35 minutes. When you pull this casserole out it should have a crispy top. It's important to let it sit for about five to ten minutes. Remember our cooking is about using what you have and like. https://youtu.be/IQ2EwK7S00g

Tuna Salad: Featuring Tuna

Who knew you could use tuna in a tuna salad? Apparently, Subway didn't know this. The rest of us do.  I used a can of tuna from the Dollar Tree. Five bread and butter pickles I pickled. Chopped them up like relish. I added a hard-boiled egg. This would be good if you need to stretch the salad and it adds nutrients to the salad.  Salt and pepper with mayo (or salad dressing) to your liking. In the video, I said I was doing a video for tomorrow on Enchilada Stacks. I got my meals confused. Sorry! That is next Friday... Sorrry! I am going to do a burrito casserole Monday that I will record. https://youtu.be/UbdWJUC4Bl8

Salmon Under The Broiler: Italian Salmon

I used the one part of the modern cook range that is underused. Broiler! Before there was a grill in every backyard and before the outdoor kitchen was a thing, there was the broiler. It's just positioned under the top of your oven.   Super simple! Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (or whatever you want to use). Place on pan and place under the broiler for 10 minutes then flip then cook an additional 2 minutes. I did three and the edges were hard. So next time I will only go 2 minutes.  https://youtu.be/dj7nkaIGq5Q

Biden's First Week in Office

Alright! Biden has been signing executive orders left and right. They have totaled out at 37 so far. This isn't unusual. Presidents signing orders is quite common. However, he is signing ones that would reverse some of the things Trump did. In this video, I just going over a few things.  https://youtu.be/Tkz6tL8zVcs 6 Warning Signs From Biden's First Week In Office https://www.zerohedge.com/political/6-warning-signs-bidens-first-week-office

Salmon under The Broiler

I used simple salt and pepper with rosemary on the salmon. I used the broiler of my cook range. This is one of the most underused parts of our ovens. Seriously! Before there was a grill in every backyard there was the broiler. There was also a time with the broiler pan came with the cooking range. Now you have to buy them separately. Yeah, progress! I put it under the broiler for 10 minutes and flipped it. After an additional three minutes, I pulled it out. https://youtu.be/NtJZsg1vDY8

Canuary And Canning Workshop

This replaced Jar It Up January. It was 18 wonderful folks who have been canning for years. And what a wonderful job they did. I haven’t been able to watch all 31 videos yet. However, I will be doing that today. How do I know they are wonderful videos then? A lot of the channels are ones I have been watching for three years. They are people I personally have learned a great deal from them and have purchased their resources as well.  They each share links to the books they use and their stores.  Announcing CANUARY! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFP8UbPOrm0&list=PLEHHxNZcjnIS68SyODSUi7tEK4rx4NQZy Participants  2leelou Creates  https://www.youtube.com/user/2leelou A Farmgirl in the Making  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbdl... Better Together Life https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQxh... Cosmopolitan Cornbread  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4GZ... Freedom Homestead  https://www.youtube.com/user/mom2mini... Homestead Dad ...
