I used the one part of the modern cook range that is underused. Broiler! Before there was a grill in every backyard and before the outdoor kitchen was a thing, there was the broiler. It's just positioned under the top of your oven.
Super simple! Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (or whatever you want to use). Place on pan and place under the broiler for 10 minutes then flip then cook an additional 2 minutes. I did three and the edges were hard. So next time I will only go 2 minutes.
