  We have seen a lot of tragedy over the last month. The fact is there's a lot of history between them. The history is a bloody one steeped in anger and vengeance. There doesn't seem to be an end to the mayhem. As much as the world would like to think it's a matter of encouraging a cease-fire and hope for the best, that simply won't stop it. When you have one nation allowed to openly oppress another and there are absolutely no consequences for their greed and bloodthirst, why should they stop? To fully understand why we are still seeing such bloodshed in Gaza, we have to go back several years. We have to go back to the end of WWI when the Balfour Declaration was written. In 1917, Lord Balfour wrote this Declaration which directed those with money to buy up as much land in what we know as Israel, which was then Palestine. Let's talk about the origins of Israel.   It’s that time of year when we look at what I can clearly see coming in the next month. November is almost over. Yeah! As of Wednesday it will be half way out the door. What do I see coming from today till December 31? One hell of a ride that’s for damn sure. But let’s break it down piece by piece.   Over the last, well, almost month as of Tuesday, we’ve seen a number of Pro-Palestine Protest. I never thought I would ever see this. I grew up in Southern Baptist churches and Israel could do no wrong. That spell has disappeared. I am happy. As I have gotten older I have come to realize that Israel’s very existence is a threat to Palestine.
