We have talked about this before, why is it that when someone dies all of a sudden they are a saint? Henry Kissinger is the perfect example. He was a warmongering lunatic. He was responsible for destroying Vietnam by bombing it back to the Stone Age after we couldn’t defeat them. Henry Kissinger is known for seeing the common man as just big dumb animals especially those like my late father who signed up to serve this country. Nice guy! I am sure he’ll have a lot to teach Satan. Seriously! Kissinger was worse than Satan himself. I am pretty sure they will have some interesting conversations. He never met a war he didn’t like or a population he couldn’t find new ways to exploit.
With all that said, I come back to the question of why we sanctify people who were complete psychopaths in life once they die. I honestly don’t get it. When Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II each died it happened here in America. Not in England so much. They were brutal… But right. Why are we told that you shouldn’t speak ill of the dead? What are they going to do? Haunt us? NO! They will be too busy in hell. Assuming they were like Henry Kissinger. Here’s my general rule, remember the person in death as they lived their lives while they were here. Easy right? No hypocrisy involved. You live your life in a manner that deserves sanctifying, great. You don’t, oh well, look out hell here comes another one.
