I looked up this word so I would have a clear understanding. It means, in a nutshell, the breakdown of items or societies. George Carlin once said he was a fan of entropy. Looking around the world, I am starting to understand. Why? Why would I want to understand entropy? Here's why, after everything breaks down, eventually it has to be rebuilt (society).
After the stock market crashed in 1929, it took about twelve years for the economy to rebuild itself. During WWII, the men went and fought in Europe or the Pacific. Women went to work and this started rebuilding the economy. Things fell apart and then it got put back together. For decades, it was better. Meaning, that women who worked eight to ten-hour days appreciated their husbands more than before. And the ones who got married after WWII developed an appreciation for their husband. Why? How? These ladies knew what it meant to struggle and work so hard that they could barely stand straight. Once the men came home, they could go back home (or become housewives). Women were able to focus on creating a home they and their families could be comfortable in. By having children they started rebuilding society and those generations which contribute to maintaining the economy post-crash. I am looking forward to the social collapse of the current society in America. We can get back to the way humans are supposed to live. Live as the Father in Heaven intended.
Another example would be Russia. After the collapse of the Czars, Russia went through hell. They got out of WWI just to end up in a civil war. It took about twelve years for Russia to rebuild itself. After WWII it became the United Socialist Soviet Republics. By the 1960s they were in their prime. That's after two world wars, with a civil war, and a famine. The West continues to put sanctions on them yet Russia and other sanctioned countries continue to construct deals with each other. Recently Venezuela has started making deals with other nations like China which is being sanctioned. These sanctioned countries are rising from the ashes.
