Quick review of parts one through three. In part, one we reviewed where the model for our public school education came from. In part two, we established the fact the government is designing a curriculum for “human resource” known as our children will be ready for the work force they decide each child should go into. In part three, we looked at the difference between charter schools and public schools along with why charter schools evolved. In addition, why they are still needed. In this part we will examine special education or at least what is being passed off as special education. This has been stripped down and rearranged. Now schools get the say of which students are tested for learning challenges. Of course, this goes by each county here in Florida. In other words, the schools and government get to decide the fate of our children.
