As a kid growing up I was brainwashed to the belief that anarchy is the act of random violence by people who didn't know how to behave like rational human beings. A couple of years ago I did research on the word and found out that I was wrong. We are all brainwashed to behave so no one stands up and says "Hell No!"
Here is what I found, there are three meanings for Anarchy. The word itself is comprised of two Greek words:
Anar - without
Chy - ruler
According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, Anarchy has three meanings. One is the random violence and destruction of property. That is only one. The other two are the absence of government, and the final is a utopian society free from a government. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/anarchy
So we have a word that means without a ruler, which sounds good to me. I had a debate with someone yesterday about this. The poor fool is convinced that God created the government, therefore, we need government and God. I say bologna. God would never create something so corrupt and useless.
What do you think?
