We are moving into the last full week of February. WOW! I am going to try and get into the habit of posting the videos for the week ahead on Sundays since I observe the Sabith on Saturday. Here we go round two of this nonsense. Look at what else is going on in the world. Israel is shooting missiles into Syria at Iranian targets. There is a bill about to be passed which would make it illegal to boycott, divest, or put sanctions on any company or organization based in Israel. And forget about speaking out about the corruption in their government. This bill was called BDS. Like Bondage, Dominance, and Submission. Coincidence? No. They don't want us looking at these things. And they absolutely don't want us looking at what is going on in Venezuela. According to Elliot Abrams, the time for talking with President Maduro is over. I just wanted to share what my video schedule will be. Monday I am going to discuss Jaycee Dugard. She was abducted at 11 and was rescued 18 years later. Tuesday will be reviewing chapters 2 and 3 of Animal Farm by George Orwell. Wednesday, as usual, will be current events. Thursday I am going to share some of my favorite cookbooks. Friday is devotional and I never know until the morning. It's one of those things that after the week I am usually motivated by divine intervention. The one good intervention. On Friday, February 1, while we were getting ready for our annual show of narcissistic cooking skills, Zahariaya was being decapitated in Medina Saudi Arabia. This beautiful child was only six-years-old. He didn't even have time to rack up a line of sins for crying out loud. His family was in Medina for a pilgrimage to Holy Islamic sites. Washington DC is complaining and whining because President N. Maduro won't just step aside like a good little minion. During the 1930s and 1940s, the US and British governments set back and did nothing about Josef Stalin's reign of terror and purges. Flash forward eighty years, Washington DC has been running around this world behaving worst than Stalin ever did. Washington DC has committed more acts of genocide than any communist government. They are so worried about the "threat to Israel from Iran".  Iran is no threat to Israel. In reality, it is the other way around. Israel is a threat to every country in the Middle East. As I sat last night watching the SOTU I had to ask myself "is this a speech or a mucking session"? Let me start by saying that I do agree with the One-Step legislation will get inmates who are serving stupidly long terms for non-violent drug convictions. It's stupid that people have to serve anywhere from 20 years to life sometimes for less than a gram of cocaine. I have said before we need to refocus that money to treating people on drugs and/or selling them. Get to the core reason they are engaging in this behavior. Now to make sure people start feeling guilty about those who survived the Holocaust.  There was a gentleman who survived concentration camps because of the gentleman sitting next to him. Then there was a man who survived the shotting back in the fall in Philadelphia. Sometimes the Heavenly Father brings wonderful people into our lives. Recently we were hit with a polar vortex and it just killed the battery in my car off. I have a friend of mine who I talk about everything with. She and her husband have three kids under twelve. Over the week they offered to help me out with the cost of the battery. Then I could pay them back the next day. This was money out of their rent they were going to help me with. I haven't had anyone in my life in years who would do anything like that for me. It touched my heart to the point I almost cried. Seriously I never would have asked them for the money. I just wouldn't. It's times like this you know how wonderful people in your life are. These are the people you thank Heavenly Father for bringing into your life. And you make sure you can keep them in your life.
