Fried Wontons

I love fried wontons. When I go to local Chinese restaurants I order two bags of them. They just heavenly. The crispy strips fry up pretty fast so you have to really watch the heat. I am going to work on the timing and heat control. Overall I am very happy with the effort.

Cooking Blogs

I am going to share with you some wonderful cooking blogs I have come across. Some of them are Homesteading blogs as well. Here we go: I am Homesteader https://iamhomesteader.com/ This is the first one we will look at. Amanda and her husband have five kids. They started their site in 2016 and have been adding to it nonstop. Honestly, I don’t know where she gets the energy. They have a wonderful variety of recipes to choose from.  Culinary Hill https://www.culinaryhill.com/ Meggan Hill attended Culinary school in California and graduated in 2018. She is originally from Wisconsin. Meggan covers pretty much any and everything you could want from a site with her background.  Lee Kum Kee https://usa.lkk.com/en/recipes I wouldn’t usually cover a corporation however, after looking at their site the recipes are wonderful and look delicious. They are rated on the difficulty. One star is easy and five is difficult. Yes! They do promote their products. However, you can print out t...

This Week’s Crazy News

We have seen a lot over the last couple of days. Let’s look at what isn’t being covered and should by all rights get covered on the evening or 24-hour propaganda networks. That’s the engineered shortages on pretty much everything from A to Z. We have seen videos of people driving by lumber yards showing stacks of lumber and drivers who move the lumber around. Their take is there is plenty of lumber to be bought. Then we have the self-created chicken wing shortage. Last year there was a culling order from the USDA passed to Farmers. That wasn’t even talked about on lamestream news. Why not? This is what we should be focusing on. Recently things between Isreal and Palestine popped off. No one wants to talk about what role Israel played in it. This brings me to a point. What we aren’t being told is that Netyenhau has been investigated regarding corruption charges. That trail is going as we speak. He’s supposed to be re-selected this year (I think so or maybe next year). Who is going...

Product Review: Cookbook Holder

I got this cookbook holder a few weeks ago. I wanted to wait about reviewing till I used it a couple of times. While I have used it a couple of times and I tell the only thing I regret is not getting it sooner. It can hold a single recipe sheet or a whole cookbook. Yeah! You know those King Authur Cookbooks, that's what I used it to hold and it did great. Below will be a link to the stand. https://youtu.be/ffa7sC190TU MEGREZ Foldable Bamboo Cookbook Stand 11.0" x 7.9" Portable Recipe Holder, Reading Frame Rest Holder Adjustable Desk Bookrest, Tablet Stand/Textbook B https://www.amazon.com/Cookbook-Bookrest-Adjustable-Bookstands-Pipishell/dp/B07SRPZ2YX/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=Bamboo+Book+Stand+Cookbook+Holder+Desk+Reading+with+5+Adjustable+Height%2C+Foldable+and+Portable+Kitchen+Wooden+Cooking+Bookstands+for+Textbook%2C+Recipe%2C+Magazine%2C+Laptop%2C+Tablet+by+Pipishell&qid=1621857339&sr=8-2

COVID-19: THE GREAT RESET By: Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret

1.4 Geopolitical reset They made a great point right off the bat. There's no new world order, just chaos. I agree completely. What's scary is I don't think we've seen the worst of it. Of course, they talk about nationalism as if it's a bad thing. Look there's nothing wrong with a government taking care of their citizens, ALL of them. If governments spent more time tending to their own citizens, there wouldn't be war. There would be no sticking noses where they don't belong. There certainly wouldn't be refugees. They talk about 'Post COVID-19 Anarchy'. As I said above, I don't think we've seen the worst yet. Once American citizens, I can't speak for other folks of other countries, when we have to pay 35% to 50% of our resources to feed our families so our kids don't starve, you will know violence. The Yellow Vest Protest will look tame. The level of violence parents of a hungry child will go to is unimaginable for the average...

Exploring New: Cuisines Asian

Cooking for your family on an average night can be annoying with the whining of “meatloaf again”. Yeah! We have all heard these types of whines. When you are in a state of emergency and you still have to cook for your family, the patience level isn’t quite what it usually would be. And your sanity is pretty much on a razor’s edge. Then comes the question of how to combat food fatigue? First I have found that introducing a dish here and a dish there in small portions alongside the regular meals helps.  This is a new segment I am working on and it’s going to take time to really develop so please be patient. Yeah! The one thing you have very little of in an SHTF situation. This time we are going to look at Asian Cuisine. There are over twenty different versions of Fried Rice. I figured every Asian country had its own version. I wasn’t prepared for the different versions alone in China. I shouldn’t have been surprised, but I was. In this, we are going to explore Asian Cuisine. S...

This Week in Stupid

This week we saw a new level of stupid. There was a video floating around with young white kids yelling, “I can’t wait till black people lynch white people.” Seriously! Not only are these kids ignorant because they are brainwashed sheep, but they have no understanding of history. If they did they’d understand that during the build-up to World War II, Hitler used young kids like this to establish his reign, and then when he was done with them, they were the first to be exterminated. This brings me to the first article we will go over. Biden plans to have his own Brown Shirt group.  These will be very special citizens. Better than the Q Anons from 2016 till 2020. Why? Because they will be spying for the ‘Good Guys’. Is this not grotesque enough for you? What is so scary is that they are serious about this! There are boundaries which the elites who actually run the world are quite ready to cross otherwise the truth will come out and people will be up in arms. When you go to the articl...

Homemaker Basics

What is a homemaker? What is a home? Last week I jumped the value of homemaker. We examined the task and its 'monetary value'. The homemaker makes the home a warm and inviting place for the family to come home to. After a long day at work, most people (I understand that sometimes the man is the homemaker) like to come home to the smell of dinner, see a clean house, and a smiling face. This is what a home is. That place you come to at the end of a day and you don't have to worry about the outside world. The home is warm, inviting, and that safe place you can be you. No personas or mask needed.  Your home should reflect who you are at your core. What do you like? What are your favorite things or activities? Your home should reflect that. Just know that as you get older, your taste will change so don't feel like you have to spend hundreds of dollars on decor. Plus when you add a mate into the mix you are going to add their personality to the decor so they feel like this is...

Engineered Shortages

You are probably asking yourself what does lumber have to do with the Gas situation? Here’s your answer, they are engineered shortages to control us, the people who need these items. Think of it like this, you are a government that wants nothing more than to control a population, how do you do that? You engineer shortages, outages, and whatever else you have to do. The books you will see a reference to in the bibliography are your basic modern-day how-to guides in doing this.  First, the Protocols makes it clear that there is a certain group who will stop at nothing to get what they want. There’s nothing too disgusting or grotesque for them. I do mean nothing . I did a video last year on the 16th about what the government does for our own good of course which I will leave the link in the bibliography. This video detailed many of the ‘exercises that have been carried out and then became our nightmare. This situation with the gas pipeline last week is no different. There has b...

Rising Cost of Meat and Gas

Over the weekend we saw the “attack” on the Colonel pipeline which runs from Texas to New Jersey. How is this going to affect the cost of meat? It’s going to drive up the cost of food because of the cost of gas going up. Liesa Sutton and her husband raise pigs for themselves and others in their community. Unfortunately, last week she had to do the one thing she never wanted to do, call clients about a rise in the cost of pigs. Luckily they only had two clients back out. This is just the start. Keep in mind Liesa and Phil run a small business, meaning they aren’t your Agri farm.  She talked about the shortage of meat. In the last video I did on a walkthrough I showed empty coolers at Wal-Mart and sugar pellets that took two days to get filled up. This is only May and we still have seven months left of 2021. Buckle your seatbelts. Now let’s move to what the cost of the National Emergency will mean for us. I found an article on the rationing that was done during World War II. T...

The Value of Homemakers

This is something nobody ever thinks about. What is the value of homemakers? First, you have to look at what we do; Laundry                 $336 per week Cleaning                $1120 per week Private Chef           $1365 per week Finances                $1200 per week Child Care         $ 880 per week (one child) Driver                   $2000 per week The article I came across while watching Denise Jordan at This and That on Youtube.com live chat is what we are going to look at. There has been a cultural shaming of people, particularly women, for being full-time homemakers. Why? Well, you can’t tax a homemaker’s capital gains because they aren’t paid. This article looks at what the average homemaker woul...

The Escoffier Cookbook and Guide to The Fine Art Of Cookery

This wonderful book was originally done by Auguste Escoffier. Yes, the man which you see so many ads for Escoffier Cooking or Pastry School. He revolutionized French cooking by bringing it to the printed press.  I had a copy of this book years ago. I have no idea what happened to it. But I have found it once again. There is so much information in this book about cooking, baking, roasting, and everything else you could ever imagine. I highly recommend it. Will I make every recipe in this book? Not likely. I don't eat organ meat. I have my own heart, kidneys, and liver. Thank you, but no thank you. There are so many things I would make in this book though. The soups are fantastic and a lot of those I will make. No, I am not going to make a Consume' from scratch. It's a long process and I don't have the patience or attention span for it. Now, will I make broth or stock from scratch? Absolutely. They are easy. You can put them in the crockpot and go to bed. Wake up the nex...

President Biden’s Speech

I am going to break this into two parts: What I agreed with and what I disagreed with.  Agreed With: Yes, quality health care should be a right, not a privilege. Also, yes, we can or I should say could afford it, by not waging war on every country that says no to Israel. Or refuses to give us access to their oil for practically nothing.  During the scam-demic, millions have lost their lively hoods. We have fuel trucks that need drivers. Last year when the government shut the country down meant that no one was really traveling during the summer. That also put drivers out of work. Here is something I didn’t know before a couple of days ago, drivers who haul gas need an additional set of skills that drivers who move radios across the country don’t need. I had suspected but didn’t know for sure.  President talked about the rash of domestic violence. This is a touchy subject for me because of my own experience. He was right there are women killed every month by their pa...

May's Menu and New Item

I am sharing my menu for the month of May. Keep in mind my daughter works on Sun, Tues, Thurs, and Saturdays. I keep those days open so if she is home then we can do something different.  For the pan,  go to www.amazon.com and look for Lloyd Pans Kitchenware store. Then you are going to look at the 14 inch Detroit Style Pizza Pan.  I can see this being used for multiple things such as sweet rolls, lasagna, and of course, pizza.  https://youtu.be/H8vgbB9TRbQ
