The Escoffier Cookbook and Guide to The Fine Art Of Cookery

 This wonderful book was originally done by Auguste Escoffier. Yes, the man which you see so many ads for Escoffier Cooking or Pastry School. He revolutionized French cooking by bringing it to the printed press. 


I had a copy of this book years ago. I have no idea what happened to it. But I have found it once again. There is so much information in this book about cooking, baking, roasting, and everything else you could ever imagine. I highly recommend it. Will I make every recipe in this book? Not likely. I don't eat organ meat. I have my own heart, kidneys, and liver. Thank you, but no thank you. There are so many things I would make in this book though. The soups are fantastic and a lot of those I will make. No, I am not going to make a Consume' from scratch. It's a long process and I don't have the patience or attention span for it. Now, will I make broth or stock from scratch? Absolutely. They are easy. You can put them in the crockpot and go to bed. Wake up the next day and you have your stock or broth done. 


The desserts are off the hook. The chocolate mousse that is to die for. OMG! Cakes, pastries, and pies galore. This cookbook has great ideas to help you get out of a rut. I get in them and I have no doubt a lot of us go through that.

Who is Ahmed al-Sharaa?

  Ahmed was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Wait! What was that???? Born in Saudi Arabia…. How the hell did he get to be president of Syria? A country that he isn’t even a citizen of? That is as insane as Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announcing he is going to be the president of America. Actually, I would welcome that. Since he is obviously smarter than any American Political puppet. At least we would be able to have our Christian values protected. There wouldn’t be an abortion clinic on every city block. And the sexualization of children would come to a dead stop. Veterans would be better cared for under Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. America: How Does She Change?

The last few days, I have seen numerous videos regarding the trafficking of humans getting worse than ever in this cesspool called America. This has got to stop. NOW! No more waiting.  September 5, 1985! The day when Johnny Gosch went missing. Nooren Gosch has done multiple interviews about what her family went through after Johnny Gosch went missing. Mrs. Gosch was told Johnny would come home after he calmed down. They let her know he was ‘a runaway”. Sound familiar? The FBI was of NO help. So, the idea that the FBI 'recovered’ children in Florida is a joke. How did they come in and find these children out of the blue? Seriously! Approximately 73 million children since 2023. Why aren't these numbers updated?  I just find it strange that Trump's attempts to cover up his involvement with Epstein AND Maxwell, BPFs to the super elite, was a disaster, now the FBI find over 60 children in Florida, home of Mar Lago, are instantly found.
