Do you remember 2020, when certain individuals went nuts if you had a different opinion than they did and everyone was getting cancelled left and right like crazy? Oh, those were the horrible old days! Well, welcome to 2025 when it's happening again. Only the opposite side is doing it now. What does that mean?
In 2020, it was the 'left wing' doing the canceling of everyone who had a different opinion about COVID-19. Also, if you said one nice thing about Trump, that was grounds for the end of the world. Or would think with the way people behaved. Perhaps we should go back to 2017 when he officially became president and everyone had him in their shit list view. Some celebrities hadn't had a hit movie or show since the dinosaurs roamed, and they were calling for his head on a platter. Of course, this was stupid when you look at it. He has access to funds to pay for a security that Walmart is envious of. Plus, he had Secret Service from that point on. That is another post. Point being, NO ONE IS GOING TO GET CLOSE ENOUGH TO ANY PRESIDENT TO DO THEM HARM! Got it. DON'T BOTHER! You are just wasting your time.
Now, in 2025, we saw the assassination of Charlie Kirk last Wednesday, and we are seeing a repeat of that behavior. Only this time is the 'right'. So what exactly is the problem this time? It's very similar. The general public does not believe the bullshit being pushed. We are told that a 20-year-old kid made a shot that most military sharpshooters take years to develop the skill to take. This kid has NO military experience beyond playing the Call of Duty game. Yeah! Anyone who has gone through the military could tell you, no way.... Especially with a gun he wasn't familiar with. But I guess all logic is supposed to be pushed aside because it's Trump saying this. Of course, the rats are jumping ship at a mind-bending pace. Last Wednesday night, there was a congressional vote to seal the Epstein files permanently if possible. Of course, it went through. Was it on the news? NO. Are you nuts???? People who voted for Trump on the 'release the Epstein files' bullshit promise would've flipped their lids. If they ever understood how this is going to play out, they would probably raise a bit of hell. Not much, if at all. At this point, Trump is doing what Hitler did when he came into power in the 1930s. Hitler and his band of psychopaths went after everyone who stood in the way of their Beer Hall Putsch when they tried to take power by force. He used the 'state of the union threat' to eliminate their naysayers. Just like today....
What we are seeing is a dangerous trend of silencing people who don't agree with what a certain regime doesn't like. Where does it stop? Let's review the old poem about They Came For Me... As you read this, ask yourself this: are you willing to risk this as a future? I am not.
