Over the weekend we saw some white house staff test positive for COVID-19. Then one of them tested negative twice. So who do we believe? Which test is right? Who knows and who cares? This is insane. According to Vox.com Trump was offered millions of masks back in January and he said: “No thank you.” He spoke on our behalf in the wrong direction. Y’all know where I stand on this COVID-19. There is a virus, it isn’t what we are being told. Apparently, Trump has been a little glum because COVID-19 is killing his ratings. Along with the economy and jobs. Our jobless rate has hit 14.7%. It hasn’t been that high since the Great Depression. Why it’s called great depression is beyond me because it doesn’t seem so great… There is a debate on rather or not if we will get a second stimulus pay. The idea is $2k a month for everyone 16 +. This week we see a lot of crazy people take their firearms to the capital of Michigan. For whatever reason, the security decided it was a great idea to let these lunatics in. The only thing these protesters are doing is setting themselves up for a major disappointment. I have to wonder how stupid do you have to be to deliberately set yourself for gun confiscation, now I know. Remember Trump did say he had no problem with taking the guns and then go to court. Don’t think you will get your guns back even after you prove that you are mentally stable to have them. There is another drug that is showing great promise in treating COVID-19 called remdesivir. However, the MAGA world won’t use it. They are still insisting on making Trump even wealthier by using the ‘other’ medication. Meantime in Colorado, the governor is hiding COVID-19 supplies like tests, ventilators, and medication. Why? This is going to be a quick post. Last Thursday during the daily back-patting session, Trump made an off-handed comment about the effectiveness of disinfectants and if they would work if consumed. I don't know if he realized that there are actually people in this country stupid enough to do this. Apparently, there was. There were calls to the poison control center regarding people who had actually done this very thing. To make a long story short, there were people who actually drank bleach and tried to inject Lysol into their bodies. This is what happens when your leader is an idiot. Trump can build with the best (or worst) of them. He can set in an office while others bust their ass making him a billionaire. No question about it. But he isn't a doctor. Over the last few days, I have collecting articles on our food chain system. There is a common theme, Meat Packing Plants are closing till an unknown date. Think about this, two years ago Beyond Meat came out and there was so many ads for it. Edward Bernays would be proud. The propaganda went into overdrive. However, most of us said, “Thank you, but no thank you.”  Now we are going to be forced to eat it. Big meat companies like Tyson and Purdue started diversifying their product line into fake meat.  What does this mean? It’s going to mean shortages, livestock culling, and worst yet, more people unemployed. Because there are not enough people unemployed now. We need more people unemployed and homebound. Great idea! Food banks are seeing an explosion of people who have never been to a food bank. People who had always worked are now unemployed because of the broken food chain.
