Poland's Sunday Law

Here we go. Last year Poland's official's announced that this year they would enact a Sunday Law. On March 1st. the law started being enforced. Seriously, we are talking about adults with families who are able to make decisions. They aren't little children.  It's insane to think that there is a Sunday Law.

Now let's look at the calendar used worldwide.  The week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. So, if we are supposed to keep the Sabbath holy and not work, then it should be from sunset Friday until sunset Saturday.  That would be a twenty-four hour period. I try to do this each week. So how are the "officials" going to push a Sunday law here in America? I have no doubt it will be tried. How are they going to make Sunday the Sabbath?

Here is a bit of information. Do you know where the Sunday substituting for Saturday started?  The Catholic Church are the ones who changed it. Yeah! According to the article I found, The Catholic Church has admitted to doing this. The article link will be below to go and read. I am not anti-Catholic. I can't be since I officially joined the church in the late 90's I didn't know about this or about a lot of things with the Catholic Church. The internet was still in its infancy. I no longer practice because of the crazy things the Pope is doing.

  Have you ever wondered why some people in America are eligible to run for an office like the Senate or President, but others who might be more qualified are not ? I have been wondering about this. Let’s first examine the cost of running for a national office. Before we get started, let's look at what the base cost was to run for an office in 1915, right before the Federal Reserve was established.  The Senate seat was $2k up to but not exceeding $10k.  Presidential $5k to $10k.
