Today’s video is about the debate between Adam Green and Doctor Michael Brown. I don’t know much about Dr. Brown. I have been watching Adam from Know More News for over a year. Here are my recommendations for this week's sales at Kroger. They have a great deal on Red Barron Pizza from today until Tuesday at 12:00 then the new sales start. I am sure they will be Halloween based. Red Barron Deal $2.99 The Red Barron Pizza is expensive so when you can get them for $2.99 stock up on your favorite ones. Today’s  Scratch Kitchen video is Depression Era (style) Bean Soup. I say style because while this particular soup isn’t something the moms in the Depression would have made on a regular basis, it is something they would have made as a special occasion. The reason they probably wouldn’t make this version is it has meat and dairy. Dairy and meat was rationed during the depression and during WW II. However, if dad caught a rabbit and there was cream and cheese available, this soup would have been on the table. It is a White Chicken Lasagna Soup. There are a few pieces of equipment every kitchen should have. One is a great set of pots. I am not talking about fancy pots endorsed by some famous chefs. I am talking tried and true cast iron. These pots can take a beating better than any new fancy blue diamond or copper nonsense pan.  Cast iron pans (and pots) have been around forever in a day. For a good reason. They don’t release toxic chemicals as we have recently found out about the “must-have Teflon” pans of the 90s. I remember when these coated pans came out. They were all the rage. Stephen Lendman did an article about “it would be madness to go to war with Iran”. I agree. We already have so many wars going on so many different fronts it’s hard to keep track of them all. This is what ultimately hurt Germany during WWII. They had to many wars going on too many fronts at once.
