Fragment Chowder (Food Bank)

It's exactly that. I took some soup I bought the other day Chicken and Corn Chowder added Black Beans drained. Once they were hot I added a tablespoon of salsa. This is a great way to use items you get at Food Banks. They always give you beans.

  Have you ever wondered why some people in America are eligible to run for an office like the Senate or President, but others who might be more qualified are not ? I have been wondering about this. Let’s first examine the cost of running for a national office. Before we get started, let's look at what the base cost was to run for an office in 1915, right before the Federal Reserve was established.  The Senate seat was $2k up to but not exceeding $10k.  Presidential $5k to $10k.
