Here we go again y'all. Point your finger at everything and everyone just don't take responsibility for the situation with shortages. Truth is, shortages happen because of poor planning by governments. This is why I say governments are useless. Complete waste of time. Look, these are the puppets that cause so much misery. I suppose it's a good thing they are good at this.
There were an abundance of farms here in America back in the 1940s and forward. Many of these farms came out of the Depression. During the Great Depression there were shortages across the country. Many people survived the Depression by growing their own food. Also, they kept their expectations in check. I can remember my late Grams could make a meal out of anything she had. She and her second husband had a nice garden till they couldn't do it anymore. Just know that was when he passed away. Grandpa Joe took care of the garden and Grams canned everything that was grown.
Products like hot dogs were on the menu a lot. Why? They were cheap. Are you ready, $0.08. Yeah! Now the cheapest packs at Aldi's is a buck. That's without the bun. The last link is a breakdown of how much the staple items cost a family. While putting this post together, I kind of fell down a rabbit hole. 😜 I read about the cost of things like hot dogs during the Depression and the next thing I knew I was reading about rationing from the following decade. In 1943 the first items to rationed were sugar. So while you can put as much sugar back as possible now. I can remember my late mom telling me about little stamps or tokens for shoes or other clothing items. This affected her for the rest of her life. When she passed in 2013 the woman had acquired more shoes than she'd ever had in her life.
What does that situation have to do with us now? Simple. In the 1940s rationing was instituted to prohibit consumers from becoming 'pissed off' at the shortages. Like the first article below is titled. The people were told it was their 'Patriotic' duty to go along with this scam. The government used our soldiers in Uniforms abroad to shame some citizens into complying. It was manipulation on a grand scale. The government controlled the chain of supply and demand. This way their wealthy friends could have life as normal and the citizens were manipulated into complying. Even to the point of sending their loved ones to fight a war for oligarchs. We are in a very similar situation. The shortages after the Great Depression left many things in short supply. People weren't working unless they went to the CCC (Civil Conservation Corps). From there they went into the military once WWII was in full swing. What are we seeing now? Shortages. Everything and everyone is experiencing this. If you aren't yet, hang around it will be coming to a 7-11 near you. We have seen lamestream news media start addressing the shortages between reports of Afghanistan and Iraq. They aren't putting much emphasis on the shortages and when they do it's to blame us. As if we decide anything in this country. But yeah it's our fault that the government and it's propaganda mouthpieces scared people witless till they started to panic buy.
The bottom line is this, if we continue to play into their games there will be rationing. It'll be not so much that there's enough to go around but rather so the elites have a normal standard of living. While you and I have to be rationed. Just like in the 1940s. Stuff for the peasants was rationed to support the troops in a war that had nothing to do with them. And you know to be 'Patriotic'.
