I want to be completely honest with y'all. Last night I took a friend to the emergency room because she was sick. About 1:30 in the morning we got her diagnosis COVID-19. Yeah! She knew there was a chance she had it and still came over and exposed us to it. Not just us, but neighbors who have major health problems. One has had heart problems and the other is on dialysis for her kidneys. We arell weighing on the side of caution. I am very familiar with what governments are capable of doing. So we are treating this as if it's the real thing.
I just came across this article on Chinese Take Out dishes we can make at home. Awesome! I look forward to making them. I'll have time on my hands now.
If you go for a healthy diet then there's at least 20 dishes that are heavy on the veggies. Like the deconstructed egg roll pan. It's everything you love about egg rolls without the fat from fried wrappers. I am looking forward to the fried rice dishes. And pepper chicken. It's just like pepper steak beef. You got bell peppers, onions, and sometimes tomatoes. They are all sliced into stick shapes. I wish I could think of the technical name for the cut…🤪
