You read it right. On February 11 of this year, Trump and Bloomberg were seen playing golf together. These two have been friends and golf partners for years. No election will get between them. None! No twitter rant, ad or comment will ever break their friendship up. Why! Birds of the same feathers always fly together. HSBC is having to reorganize by cutting 35,000 jobs. That will put 35,000 people in Hong Kong out of work by the end of this year. And by the end of 2022, they will cut their expenses by $31 billion. That’s a lot of money. It speaks to the volume of their financial woes right now. 

In the next round of how stupid can governments be, NYC is spending tax dollars for a controversial Israeli cybersecurity firm to “protect” the voting here in America. I don’t know about the people in NYC, but I have a problem with a company way across the world meddling in our voting procedures. Isn’t this what people have been whining and bitching about Russia doing for free. Now NYC wants to take your money in taxes and pay a foreign company to monitor our elections. On top of that is the issue this company has ties to Israeli Intelligence. One word: NO! Thank God Michigan is a paper ballot state.

Their airport in Damascus has reopened after an eight-year forced closing. Yeah! They finally were able to reopen over the weekend by having the first passenger plane land at Aleppo International Airport.   Have you ever wondered why some people in America are eligible to run for an office like the Senate or President, but others who might be more qualified are not ? I have been wondering about this. Let’s first examine the cost of running for a national office. Before we get started, let's look at what the base cost was to run for an office in 1915, right before the Federal Reserve was established.  The Senate seat was $2k up to but not exceeding $10k.  Presidential $5k to $10k.
