Uniform Code of Military Justice 809, Art. 20


When starting my research for this video I came across an article on Globalresearch.ca regarding how “We the People Refuse to Fight”.  This article was done on Friday the 14th. There was a quote that really caught my eye by  William Rockler from the Nuremberg Tribunal prosecutor about how our lovely government has forgone the legalities of going into a country and has run amok with imperialism (Chossudovsky, 2020). I didn’t know that there are codes that require troops to refuse and justifies that act. According to Mr. Lawerence Mosqueda, The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 809.ART.90 (20) gives the guidelines which all troops must adhere to the constitution over the whims of a president. To that, they have a duty to disobey orders which are outside of the constitution. My late father used to tell me that there are a few exceptions in which the military has the “duty” to disobey orders. The case which Mr. Mosqueda referred to was of Olive North. In the 80s during the Iran Contra affairs, Oliver North blindly followed orders as the Nazi soldiers had done. Then-Senator D. Inouye of Hawaii referred to the fact that Nazi soldiers had followed every order they received. They never stopped to compare the legality of the order. Oliver North had repeated the same act. At this point in his career, he was a General and there foreknew about the UCMJ 809. ART. 90. Thus he knew he had an obligation to refuse the orders he had been given. Just like in 2001 and 2003 which the generals knew the invasion on Afghanistan and Iraq was illegal and unconstitutional. They had an obligation to refuse this order and were protected by UCMJ 809 ART. 90 from any possible prison time. 


Now that we have established the fact the generals today have an obligation to uphold the constitution over any order from any president, we have to ask ourselves, why aren’t they? They have an obligation to protect us here, at home in America… Syria did nothing to threaten us here. Nor did Iraq, Afghanistan, Venezuela, and Iran has done nothing to threaten us. As in you and me here in America. If they threaten Israel, then let their government deal with it. And they shouldn’t be antagonizing their neighbors.

Who is Ahmed al-Sharaa?

  Ahmed was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Wait! What was that???? Born in Saudi Arabia…. How the hell did he get to be president of Syria? A country that he isn’t even a citizen of? That is as insane as Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announcing he is going to be the president of America. Actually, I would welcome that. Since he is obviously smarter than any American Political puppet. At least we would be able to have our Christian values protected. There wouldn’t be an abortion clinic on every city block. And the sexualization of children would come to a dead stop. Veterans would be better cared for under Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. However, that will never happen, but I think you get how insane that is. I found that you have to be a natural-born citizen of Syria to be president of Syria.  Ahmed al-Sharaa was a member of Al Qaeda. You remember the pack of terrorists who attacked us on 9/11/. My question is, why is Al-Qaeda allowed to exist if they were involved in 9/11? ...

Feeling Ignored

  I didn't mean to ignore this site. I have been busy with the government shutdown, and I have to say, what a freak show. Let's break this down: 1. There is a budget. Once it's clear that we won't tolerate the freak show any longer, the budget will be put in front of us. Of course, it won't have an accurate date. The date it was actually signed.  2. What are we currently focused on? The shutdown. We are looking at the fact that Israel is attacking Iran, again, for having the very same thing they have: nuclear weapons. We also have nuclear weapons in America. We also have a nasty habit of using weapons of mass destruction. Dioxin was used in Vietnam; it was later called Agent Orange.  3. We are no longer demanding the release of the Epstein and Maxwell files. Of course, by the end of October, I am sure this will be in the headline again because one of the other party will bring it up.  4. Prices. The lamestream media isn't talking about the real prices.
