Catching Up

 Here we go. Another month in the nut hut that is 2020. Below will be the links to all the articles for you to read when you have time.  I am just going to give my thoughts on them. Let’s start with the layoffs coming. I did a video last year about this time (or a bit later) on massive layoffs coming. I had no idea it was going to be this massive. Coke is offering severance packages to employees in America and Canada with others to follow. They looking to slash their line down dramatically. It’s not just Coke slashing jobs, it’s other companies like American Airlines to upscale shops. Malls across America are turning into modern-day ghost towns. 



Below is an article by Tyler Durden showing 17 signs our economy isn’t coming back ‘better than ever’ like we have been told. Not only that, but credit card companies are slashing credit limits for everyone. Even those with perfect credit scores. Basically, if you aren’t a millionaire or billionaire, your credit score isn’t relevant. You can have a score of 800 which is perfect, your credit limit amount will be slashed. Trump’s guy Asper is looking to cut the quality of health care our military families get by cutting the amount earmarked for it in the budget. And the CDC and FDA are amitting that not nearly the amount of people they said died from COVID-19 actually died from it. Rather there other comorbidities. Imagine my shock. Who Gets To Run For Office?

  Have you ever wondered why some people in America are eligible to run for an office like the Senate or President, but others who might be more qualified are not ? I have been wondering about this. Let’s first examine the cost of running for a national office. Before we get started, let's look at what the base cost was to run for an office in 1915, right before the Federal Reserve was established.  The Senate seat was $2k up to but not exceeding $10k.  Presidential $5k to $10k. You see the difference. The average American could afford to run before the Federal Reserve was established.  The most expensive state: Texas is hands down the most expensive state.
