This video was inspired by my daughter Ani (this a nickname she got from her maternal great-grandmother). She bought a bunch of asparagus last week and wanted to know how to cook it. This is only one way. The possibilities are endless.
For this video, I used a Panzo seasoning and I cooked the asparagus for 25 minutes at 350. You can get it in your local store in the Asian food aisle. I will include three processes just to get you started.
First, this recipe comes from Stay At Home Chef. As the recipe says, it's how to roast asparagus. https://thestayathomechef.com/roasted-asparagus/
Second, Carlsbad Craving BAKED ASPARAGUS WITH PARMESAN https://carlsbadcravings.com/baked-asparagus/
Third and final, from Natasha's Kitchen. Natasha did a casserole with asparagus as the star. https://natashaskitchen.com/asparagus-casserole/?utm_medium=social&utm_source=pinterest&utm_campaign=tailwind_smartloop&utm_content=smartloop&utm_term=26081174
