I want to start with a reminder for people if you want to have a prepared meal, then please use your local restaurants. The quality will be superior to any commercial drive-thru. Things are getting slim picking. They’re only going to get slimmer. The truck they expected this morning never arrived. Even when they do, it’s not a full load as usual. So while we are in a panic over the COVID-19 our stores are seeing the consequences of a poor harvest. Now the farmers can’t get the usual help they need because most of their assistance is from Central America. As in Honduras, El Salvador, and the rest of the countries down that way. Here we are three weeks into shutdown because of COVID-19 and Trump has lost interest. I knew his attention span was short, but for heaven’s sake. You let this monster loose now deal with it. After what started out as a good way to make a profit in the health industry with shares in medical supply companies, Trump wasn’t aware that this would mean shutting down the country which would mean no one would be working. Thus they wouldn’t be spending money on useless junk which he and his friends along with his snake in law profit from. Just like the test kits. Take a wild guess at who’s family is profiting off of that? And don’t forget the Malaria drugs which Trump, who’s not a doctor, is promoting? The Kushner family. Alright, y’all, another day and another video inside my local Kroger. The meat department is not using their display counter because there was not enough room for the social distancing needed. There was no hot soup out or the hot bar wasn’t set up. They are focusing on cold cuts, cheeses, and salads. Right now, it makes sense. Plus, Kroger is only allowing so many units per department. The hours are adjusted from 7 am to 10 pm in early March from 7 am to 9 pm on March 20. The bottle room was closed yesterday. They have designated hours for seniors and those of us who have compromised immune systems when they first open from 7 am to 8 am. That whole hour is reserved. A week into the no school across the country, people still don’t know what to hell is going on. I often have to stop and access events unfolding. People are going absolutely insane. It’s not the illness of COVID-19 that is scaring the hell out of people, it’s the lies coming out of the White House and echoed in the lamestream media. The talking bobbleheads and their fancy clothing are echoing what they are told to say. To make matters worse our loving elected officials are making a killing off of the market by crashing it and buying shares cheaply. Also, the elected officials are outbidding local and state governments on all necessary medical care equipment. According to Dr. John Campbell, a Formula One company in England is going to stop making cars and switch to ventilators. That’s a step in the right direction. I am sure Ford, GM, and Chrysler Daimler (Dodge) would do the same. No executive action needed. Just plans and directions to make the ventilators.  Meanwhile, Governo...

This isn’t the usual Thursday video. I do feel like it’s important enough to do today instead of tomorrow.  Why? It’s going to become a common thing. Keep in mind the shortages we are now seeing were starting in late Fall and early Winter. They were and are still the result of a piss poor harvest in 2019. And 2020 isn’t looking much better. We were already looking at a questionable harvest this year, but now that Trump is limited to the visas of the people who were the ones doing the work, farmers don’t know how they are going to get crops in. Maybe they will have to hire Americans or let people help in exchange for food.  It was so strange going into Kroger and seeing the Meat department displays empty. Like buzzards flew through. Nothing! Not even in the manger’s deals. Butter was ravaged. Empty rice shelves. The only instant Ramen was Shrimp. The expensive stuff was left behind. The backlash of this bioterrorism is taking its toll on our nation. States are postponing their primaries, schools are being closed and Universities are going online. Over the week China and Iran brought to peoples attention that the US government is behind the COVID-19. Seriously a ballsy move. They’re right. At this point, I have to mention the situation with our local Kroger. They ran out of toilet paper which was on the shelf, three days in a roll. Now they are opening at 7 am till 10 pm that is so they can clean, sanitize and restock the shelves. I do expect them to limit how many packs of toilet paper people can buy. They have had to ration the cold and flu-related products such as cleaning things such as bleach and over-the-counter medications.  People take a deep breath. Seriously!
