Baking With Sourdough Sara Pitzer

I got this book last week. It is the cutest little book on Sourdough and baking with it. I am looking forward to using and working my way through it. Razzle is doing great. He has produced enough starter to make biscuits. I can’t wait to do this. They are on page 18. I am going to do a straight biscuit nothing fancy. Just to get a fill for using sourdough starter. On page 9 is how to adapt regular bread recipes to use a sourdough starter. Awesome!   Have you ever wondered why some people in America are eligible to run for an office like the Senate or President, but others who might be more qualified are not ? I have been wondering about this. Let’s first examine the cost of running for a national office. Before we get started, let's look at what the base cost was to run for an office in 1915, right before the Federal Reserve was established.  The Senate seat was $2k up to but not exceeding $10k.  Presidential $5k to $10k. You see the difference. The average American could afford to run before the Federal Reserve was established.  The most expensive state: Texas is hands down the most expensive state.
