This video is going to be geared more toward what we need to purchase to help us be as resistant as possible to any kind of bugs (and viruses) going around.
Remember, buy only what you and your family will eat.
Aldi’s
I am greatly disappointed by Aldi’s this week. They do have the best price for mandarin oranges at $2.39 a bag. Now that doesn’t mean they don’t have other deals in their stores. Just not in their ad for this week.

Kroger
They start out with grapes for $.97 a pound with a card. Kroger’s brand of cheese is $1.29 each for certain ones. Skip the fresh fruit for the frozen. If you really need fresh oranges, go to Aldi’s for their deal. Go for canned fruit. Usually, I would prefer to can them myself, that’s not always financially doable.

Meijer
Meijer is coming in strong on their buy 10/$10 and get the 11th free. Are you a fan of Dole Monte, then you’re in luck because their canned fruit is in the sale. They have a great variety of items with 1,500 of them in this sale.

Wal-Mart
Load up on the $1 bag veggies.
