Joys of Parenting

We all have our kids that we love with our whole heart. Even when they are a pain in the butt. My daughter is 15 going on 16. She doesn't understand that she needs to start planning for her future other than living with mom.

We are going to be buying a house that will eventually be hers and her family's. I will move on in an RV and travel the country reporting on events going on here at home. I do hope she has her kids so she can experience the joys of parenting of talking to a teenager about their future.

Every child should experience the joys of parenting. Trying to talk to a teenager. Trying to figure out what to hell they are thinking in their hormone-driven brain. Have them tell you "school counselors will know more". Yes, may every teenager today experience this joy.

War Is A Racket

This is an excellent quick read. If you don’t have ADHD, it’s a quick read. I started this book before Thanksgiving so between the holidays and every day crazy train I finally finished it. Of course, I made notes in each chapter about my thoughts. We’ll see if this helped compared to the chapter-by-chapter review we did on The New Confessions Of An Economic Hit Man by John Perkins. Throughout the book, General Butler covers the ins and outs of war. He looks at the financial cost and the human cost. He starts out by explaining how the military-industrial complex was formed. Which I do think is critical. Most people in America don’t understand what the military-industrial complex is. Never mind how it is used. I am not going into detail here just read The New Confessions Of An Economic Hit Man. You will understand the order in which things unfold. Who is Ahmed al-Sharaa?

Ahmed was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Wait! What was that???? Born in Saudi Arabia…. How the hell did he get to be president of Syria? A country that he isn’t even a citizen of? That is as insane as Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announcing he is going to be the president of America. Actually, I would welcome that. Since he is obviously smarter than any American Political puppet. At least we would be able to have our Christian values protected. There wouldn’t be an abortion clinic on every city block. And the sexualization of children would come to a dead stop. Veterans would be better cared for under Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. However, that will never happen, but I think you get how insane that is. I found that you have to be a natural-born citizen of Syria to be president of Syria. Ahmed al-Sharaa was a member of Al Qaeda. You remember the pack of terrorists who attacked us on 9/11/. My question is, why is Al-Qaeda allowed to exist if they were involved in 9/11? ...
